Through our network of International Skills Training Institutes (ISTI), AstonGreens empowers rural youth by providing future-ready skills for the Energy Transition sector.
Each trained individual supports an average family of 5–6 people, helping to reduce poverty and mitigate social issues linked to unemployment.
SkillsNxt App — Digital Training & Employment Platform
We are launching SkillsNxt, an integrated platform that combines onboarding, training, and job placement into one seamless ecosystem.
This will significantly reduce the cost of training while expanding access to quality skill development across India.
We believe in sustainability through accountability — therefore, a nominal registration and course fee is charged to maintain quality, ensure discipline, and make the model self-sustaining in the long run.
AstonGreens voluntarily supports ISTI under our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework.
We have signed an MoU with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to establish 80 Skill Centres across India, with a mission to train over 10,000 youth by FY 2030–31.
