Governance

Building Trust Through Transparency and Accountability

Good governance is often easier said than done.

With recent examples of weak governance in the solar sector, it has become a key criterion for investors to trust founders and for employees to believe in organizational culture.
AstonGreens has grown 5× in the last four years — without external investors or bank loans — purely through the trust of our customers and our ability to deliver with integrity.
Even so, we remain deeply committed to embedding strong governance practices across our companies and teams.

Decentralized Decision Making

We believe in empowering our people through decentralized decision-making.

This approach promotes a culture of accountability with responsibility, where team members are encouraged to challenge their supervisors and debate ideas on merit — a practice that has become part of AstonGreens’ DNA.

Transparency in Financial Records

To ensure transparency and traceability, Odoo ERP has been implemented at an early stage of our growth journey.

All financial transactions are digitally recorded with an active audit trail, and cash transactions are minimized.

All inter-company transactions under the Transfer Pricing framework are fully vetted and audited by our external auditor

Policy Framework

Comprehensive policies and standard operating procedures have been developed across departments to guide every employee in their daily work.

These frameworks encourage ethical conduct, compliance, and integrity, fostering a professional culture rooted in shared principles.
