SkillsNxt is our next generation Ai/ML Digital Platform which will provide a One Stop Solution for all Workforce Needs of Energy Transition and Digital Construction Sectors on Pay-per-Use concept.
We have adopted a Hybrid Skills Training approach where 60% of the Learning will be imparted thru Online Digital Platform (to provide affordability and scalability) and 40% will be hands-on at our on-ground Skilling Institutes managed/operated by us.
Thru our network of International Skills Training Institutes (ISTI), we shall produce a highly trained, productive and job ready workforce for Energy Transition and Digital Construction Sector across all levels – Blue Collar, Grey Collar and White Collar and place them thru SkillNxt app which will also act as market-place for potential contractors/sub-contractors/services companies.
